Vacation Scheme

We currently run a summer vacation placement scheme for 10 students each year during July and August. Each placement lasts two weeks and applicants are placed in two departments of their choice. You each will sit with either a partner or an assistant solicitor and you will be exposed to 'real work' of the type that a trainee would undertake. Other activities will include attending lunchtime seminars, a visit to the Courts and departmental presentations. Applicants will be required to do a presentation at the end of the two week placement.

Our aim is that our vacation scheme offers you a real insight into what it would be like working as a trainee at the firm. We offer an allowance of £250 gross per week and our closing date for applications is 15 March each year.

Open Days

We hold a number of open days throughout the year where students are invited to visit our office to discover more about us. The day involves talks on some of our key practice areas as well as sessions with our current trainees.
