Peter Golden (Solicitor )Private Client, Landed EstatesPeter moved to Withers LLP upon qualification as a solicitor in 2004 and then joined Forsters LLP in 2010. Experience Peter advises a wide variety of clients ranging from UK resident individuals to offshore trustees. Peter is very experienced in drafting wills and trusts for UK and offshore individuals and assists in the ongoing management of client's assets, affairs and estates. Peter provides lifetime UK tax and estate planning advice, for example through the establishment of trusts and advises owners of landed estates on trust, tax and succession issues specific to rural landowners.
Peter also has significant experience in creating offshore structures, including drafting and establishing offshore trusts, incorporating private trust companies, providing detailed advice on family governance structures and the uses of companies limited by guarantee.
