Forsters recruits five new lawyers to property team
Forsters has completed the recruitment of five new lawyers to its market leading property team.
Peter Selwyn and Ben Brayford, who both qualified in 2007 join Forsters after working at Mayer Brown and Denton Wilde Sapte respectively. Both have experience of a wide range of property experience including landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions. Peter and Ben join Forsters' property team acting for clients including institutional investors, property companies, local authorities and retailers.
Amy France and Tina Heathcote who have been with Forsters since 2008, qualify as solicitors in September and have already joined the property group.
Jamie Kidd is an experienced property litigation lawyer who joins Forsters' property litigation team in July. Jamie who qualified in 2002 joins Forsters from Eversheds where he has gained a broad experience of commercial property disputes and has particular experience in relation to issues affecting developments such as restrictive covenants, easements, nuisance and rights of light. He also has expertise in relation to judicial review and professional negligence claims which arise in a property context. Jamie has acted for institutional landlords, developers, national occupiers and public authorities.
