Forsters acts on £52.2m purchase for Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust

Forsters has acted for longstanding client Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust on its purchase of Fox Court, 14-22 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1 for £52.2m for the freehold.

The landmark midtown building situated at the junction of Gray's Inn Road and High Holborn was comprehensively refurbished in 1996 and comprises 9551.4 sq m (102,810 sq ft) of high quality office and ancillary accommodation arranged over sub-basement, basement, ground and seven upper floors with 36 car parking spaces at basement level and an external piazza courtyard. 

The building is multi-let to four main tenants with a total passing rent  in excess  of £4 m  per annum.
