Experience

Jane has broad experience in advising individual and corporate clients across a range of industries.To date, Jane's practice has been split between three different disciplines:-

• Employment tribunal litigation.
• General advisory work, including: drafting and negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreements; advising on discipline and grievance issues, individual and collective redundancies, and TUPE in the context of property transactions, business transfers and service provision changes.
• The employment aspects of corporate transactions (acting for both companies and senior executives).
  
  In addition, Jane has designed and conducted training and employment law briefings for clients.
