Jamie Kidd (Solicitor)

Jamie qualified as a solicitor in 2002. He joined Forsters from Eversheds in 2010.

Experience

Jamie has broad experience of commercial property disputes and has particular experience in relation to issues affecting developments such as restrictive covenants, easements, nuisance and rights of light. Jamie also has expertise in relation to judicial review and professional negligence claims which arise in a property context.

Jamie is comfortable working in a number of different sectors and has acted for institutional landlords, developers, national occupiers and public authorities. Jamie is regarded as a leading individual in the field of property litigation by Chambers and Partners. Clients say Jamie is “efficient and sensible” and “produces advice which always spot on”.
