Forsters advise on Business Park sale

Forsters has acted on behalf of British Airways Pension Fund in relation to the sale of Langley Business Park in Slough to a pension fund managed by Standard Life Investments.

The multi-let business park, which comprises 9 units providing in excess of 89,000 sq ft of floor space, was sold for £16.5 million.

Prior to the sale, Forsters acted on the management of the asset, including providing advice in relation to works associated with the Crossrail project. Forsters also advised in relation to the acquisition of the site in 2006 and subsequent development of the light industrial scheme.

Commercial Real Estate partner, Eugene McMahon was assisted by James Noble on the sale. Partner and Head of Construction, Sarah Cook advised on construction matters.
