Forsters advises on north London industrial scheme

A cross-practice group team from Forsters is advising Wrenbridge and Palmer Capital in relation to a £15m speculative industrial scheme in Chingford, north London.

Comprising 10 warehouses in total, the three largest warehouses in the scheme will range in size from 20,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft. Planning permission for the scheme was obtained in December 2013. Development of the scheme is now out to tender with construction anticipated to commence in February and complete in August 2014.

Wrenbridge director Jeff Wilson said: “We have wanted to build out the scheme for a while now but now we have planning and that, coupled with the excellent supply/demand market dynamics, make it really exciting to be speculatively developing it out.”

Partner Victoria Towers is advising Wrenbridge and Palmer Capital on property matters with Head of Construction, Sarah Cook, advising on the construction side.
