Further lettings at Interchange Building, Croydon

Forsters has advised Canmoor and Prospect First Limited in respect of two further lettings at the newly refurbished 180,000 square foot landmark office building, the Interchange in Croydon.

Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of independent hospital services in England and part of global hospital group Ramsay Health Care, has taken a 15 year lease of 18,000 square foot on the ninth floor of the building.

In addition, Towergate Underwriting Group has agreed to let 10,000 square foot comprising part of the eighth floor of the Grade A office building, on a 10 year term.

These two further lettings take the building up to 75% occupation.
