Forsters acts on largest Third Quarter West End letting

Forsters has acted on behalf of Publicis Limited in respect of the letting of approximately 44,000 square feet of office space at Oxford House, 76 Oxford Street.

The advertising and communications company, which is part of the multi-national Publicis Groupe, has taken a two year lease of the premises whilst extension and refurbishment works are on-going at their London headquarters in Baker Street. Forsters has also advised on the new lease to be granted to Publicis following completion of the Baker Street works, which total approximately 73,000 square feet.

The Oxford House letting is the largest West End office deal to complete in the third quarter of 2012. Commercial Property partner Glenn Dunn acted for Publicis Limited, assisted by Genevieve Loveland.
