Forsters acts on letting at new King's Cross development

Forsters has advised Hoare Lea in relation to the completion of a lease of part of the Western Transit Shed. Hoare Lea are the first commercial occupier to move into the 67 acre King's Cross development scheme.  The building features a brand new N1C postcode. 
 
The international consulting engineers have taken a fifteen year lease of approximately 22,000 sq ft of first floor and mezzanine level office space in the northern section of the reworked industrial heritage building, which now combines original Victorian features with contemporary finishes. 
 
Construction partner, Sarah Cook and Commercial Property solicitor, Ruth de Maupeou advised Hoare Lea as tenant. Louise Hill of Hogan Lovells acted on behalf of the King's Cross Central Limited Partnership.
