Forsters acts on letting for Rockspring Hanover PUT

Commercial property partner Magnus Hassett has acted on the letting of Unit 8 The Pavillion, Queen's Square, Crawley on behalf of Rockspring Hanover PUT. The lease to PoundWorld Retail Limited completed on 28 March 2012. PoundWorld signed a ten year lease.

PoundWorld join Next, Primark, New Look and M&S in Queen's Square at the heart of Crawley's town centre.
