Forsters acts on Invista letting to Coca Cola

Forsters has advised Invista Real Estate Investment Management  (acting on behalf of Clerical Medical Investment Group Limited) on a 109,000 sq ft pre-let at New Bakers Court, Uxbridge to fizzy drinks giant Coca Cola. 

Coca Cola has signed  an agreement to take  a 15-year lease for the site, commencing in April 2012. The transaction is conditional on planning permission being granted for New Bakers Court.

The drinks giant will relocate more than 550 staff from its existing European and GB headquarters at Charter Place, Uxbridge, to the new building. Cola Cola launched its search for a new HQ in September last year.

 “We are delighted that a business of the calibre of Coca-Cola Enterprises has chosen our building as its new European and GB headquarters.  

Situated in a prime location within Uxbridge, we plan to deliver a building of the highest quality and one which supports the further regeneration of the town centre."

Clerical Medical Investment Group Limited  was advised by Forsters.  Real estate partner Sophie Hamilton led the Forsters team, assisted by real estate partner Glenn Dunn and construction partner Sarah Cook.
