£350 million redevelopment of the East West Centre Stoke-on-Trent

Forsters acted for Realis Estates as Developer in relation to the £350 million redevelopment of the East West Centre in Stoke- on-Trent.  The development will provide a new regional shopping centre with over 600,000 square feet, including a department store, a wide range of retail units, a cinema, hotel and new parking facilities for the town centre.  Work has commenced in relation to the first phase comprising the delivery of a new state of the art bus station.
