Rockspring agree large letting in Leeds

Forsters has advised clients of Rockspring Property Investment Managers in relation to the letting of 46,000 sq ft in a new 70,940 sq ft Grade A office development in Leeds. Luxury fashion house, Burberry Group has agreed to take a lease of four floors, in what is believed to be the largest letting in the city this year.

6 Queen Street is a highly prominent building located close to the junction with Wellington Street in the heart of the city centre. Set over six floors, the building includes rooftop terraces and is Breeam rated "Excellent".  The site was acquired by clients of Rockspring Property Investment Managers in late 2014 with Forsters also advising on the purchase.
