Senior Associate, Family

Anna is a Senior Associate in the Family team. Anna advises upon all areas of private family law and acts in both financial disputes and children matters.

The financial cases which Anna handles often involve complex issues such as the treatment of non-matrimonial property, business valuations and trust assets. She also has expertise in advising on pre-nuptial agreements and representing separating non-married couples.

She frequently acts for clients in relation to children matters which often include issues such as relocation, child arrangements and financial provision for children whose parents are unmarried. Anna is also able to advise clients on surrogacy matters.

Clients value Anna's sympathetic approach, diligence and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. As a member of Resolution she aims to create a non-confrontational and constructive approach when dealing with family disputes.

She joined Forsters as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2014 and qualified into the Family team in September 2016. Anna graduated from Birmingham University in 2012 with a First in Law and was awarded the Sir Henry Barber award for academic excellence. Anna completed her LPC at the University of Law.
