Anna Jassani
Senior Associate, Residential PropertyAnna is a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team.
She advises on all the legal aspects of residential property transactions and enjoys acting as the sole or lead associate on a range of instructions for domestic and international clients (often working in different time zones).
Anna is frequently instructed on property acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and management work (including refurbishment), in relation to development sites, luxury homes and investment properties based principally in London and surrounding counties. Anna works closely with colleagues in our Private Client, Real Estate Finance and Litigation teams to effectively manage transaction processes and to ensure a holistic approach to advising clients.
Her practice offers both transactional and advisory services, with clients including high profile individuals, developers, private companies, offshore trusts and banks.
Anna qualified as a Real Estate Solicitor at Trowers & Hamlins LLP, where she trained and worked for six months in Muscat in Oman before specialising in residential property work from 2010. She has also worked in Taylor Wessing's Private Client Department before joining Forsters in September 2016. Anna studied Law at the University of Exeter.
Anna is recognised as a 'Recommended Lawyer' in the Spear's 500 2024 directory as well as a 'Top Recommended' Property Lawyer in the Spear's Property Advisers Index 2024.
