Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate

Emma is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team.

She has experience dealing with a broad range of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and asset management. Emma also advises on the real estate aspects of corporate and finance transactions.

Emma acts for a variety of clients, including institutional investors and funds as well as property investment and development companies. She also acts for both landlords and tenants in respect of management matters.

She studied Law at the University of Sheffield. She trained and qualified at Lawrence Graham LLP (now Gowling WLG) in 2011 and joined Forsters in 2015.
