Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate

Tina is a senior associate in the Commercial Real Estate team.

She has a wealth of experience covering all aspects of commercial real estate work, with a particular focus on development acquisitions. She is involved for the full life cycle of the development, from site acquisition, through planning, building out and letting.

Tina advises a number of clients including major institutional landlords, pension funds and a global leisure brand. Her approachable manner provides clients with clear, practical and commercial advice to ensure that their assets and interests in property are optimised.

Her recent experience includes the pre-let and subsequent disposal of 275,000 sq.ft. logistics park near Birmingham, the disposal of a 31,000 sq.ft. office on the Oxford Science Park and numerous freehold and leasehold site acquisitions for leisure development.

Tina trained at Forsters and qualified in 2010.
