Senior Associate, Residential PropertyTracy is a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team.
She has experience in residential property transactions involving acquisitions, disposals, and re-financing of freehold and leasehold properties. Her experience also includes acting for investors in bulk purchases and subsequent disposals of new build residential development properties and mixed use schemes.
She is a key member of the team which acts for overseas' private investors, lenders and developers in relation to prime London properties.
Tracy qualified in 2005 and joined Forsters in 2013.
