Forsters announced as finalists for the British Legal Technology Awards 2020 Team of the Year

We are delighted to announce that Forsters’ IT team has been announced as a finalist in the category ‘Technology Team of the Year’ at the British Legal Technology Awards 2020.

The award recognises the team’s successful execution of a strategy that evolved the firm's technological support from a reactive function, concentrating efforts on infrastructure, to a proactive function, innovated through the provision of cloud-based, secure applications and services.

Reflecting on the year’s achievements, IT Partner, Craig Thompson, comments: "It is remarkable for a team of just 20 to successfully support over 450 people to work flexibly and in an agile manner in such a short space of time and continue to deliver a seamless service delivery to clients. Despite their focus on improving Forsters' IT infrastructure, the team have significantly increased their responsiveness to staff with day-to-day IT concerns; removing the delay and frustration many feel when they have IT related queries".
