Forsters' Private Client team upholds top band status, whilst Family and Contentious Trusts and Estates teams rise in the rankings in Chambers 2019 HNW Guide

Both Forsters’ expanding Family team and its Contentious Trusts and Estates (CTE) team have been recognised in Chambers 2019 HNW Guide as they are elevated to band 2 in the rankings, whilst Forsters Private Client team maintain their top band 1 ranking.

Following extensive independent research and analysis, the 2019 Chambers Guide to the Leading High Net Worth lawyers, was published on 11 July 2019. The industry’s recognised guide, describes Forsters as “a force in the market with a powerful offering” whilst market insiders praised the "exceptional quality advice" that clients receive from Forsters’ Private Wealth practice.

The Guide also recognises Forsters’ other specialist teams within Private Wealth with strong rankings for Forsters’ 'High Value Residential' and ‘Art and Cultural Property’ work, as well as distinguishing 20 of Forsters' partners as HNW 'Leading Individuals' with 'foreign experts' in the US, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.

The elevation of the Family and CTE teams follows the extensive growth in both teams, which has included ‘Leading Individuals’, CTE partner Roberta Harvey and Family partner Simon Blain joining the firm this year.
