Forsters wins six categories in Lex 100 2019/20 Guide

We are delighted to announce that Forsters has won in six categories in this year's edition of The Lex 100 - the student guide to the UK's premier law firms.

We have been awarded Lex 100 medals in the following categories:

  • Job satisfaction
  • Firm living up to expectations
  • Work/life balance
  • Social life
  • Vacation schemes
  • Financial remuneration

Particularly high scores were received for 'Work/life balance' (94.2%) and 'Vacation Schemes' (91.1%).

Based on research among current trainees across the UK, the Lex 100 2019/20 Guide is considered to be an objective and impartial guide for law students considering where to train.

The guide comments: "Forsters ‘combines the quality of work of a larger City firm with the atmosphere of a smaller, West-End practice’."

"Recruits enjoy working with ‘very approachable and normal people’ who have ‘interests outside of just law’ and ‘get to know who you are as a person’. The partners in particular are ‘incredible role models’. Moreover, trainees are given ‘far more responsibility’ from an early stage, setting them up ‘for the sort of work you will be doing as an associate’."

"To train at a firm which ‘combines very high standards with a light-hearted and positive outlook’, consider Forsters."
