Assignment of lease of 33 Grosvenor Place, London SW1

Forsters acts on Mirabaud relocation to Grosvenor Place 

Howard Gill, Head of Commercial Property at Forsters LLP, acted for longstanding client, stockbroker Mirabaud Pereire Holdings Limited, which has taken an assignment of a lease from Capital International Limited of 29,350 sq ft at 33 Grosvenor Place, London SW1. Mirabaud will be relocating from its present premises at 20/21 St James’ Square and moving its whole UK based operation into the new premises. 

33 Grosvenor Place is an impressive Grade A office building commanding a prominent island site opposite Buckingham Palace Gardens with scenic passenger lifts through a central atrium.
