Forsters advise on landmark Croydon office refurbishment and lettings

Forsters has advised Canmoor and Prospect First Limited in respect of three significant lettings at the newly refurbished 180,000 square foot landmark office building, the Interchange in Croydon.

Carillion Construction Limited, a subsidiary of multinational facilities management and construction services company Carillion plc, has taken a lease of approximately 10,838 square foot on the fifth floor.

In addition, IT and cloud solutions provider Selection Services Limited has completed a lease of the west and central west wings on the ground floor of the building. Telecommunications provider, Corporate Communications (Europe) Limited, has taken a lease of the remaining east wing on the ground floor of the building.

Commercial Real Estate partner, Andrew Crabbie acted on the lettings, assisted by Amy France.

Partner and Head of Construction, Sarah Cook advised Canmoor in relation to the construction documentation for the high-specification refurbishment programme for the Grade-A offices.
