Forsters' Real Estate Finance team advise Goldenstone Development Ltd

Forsters has advised Goldenstone Development Ltd, a design-led, boutique developer, on the financing and development for a mixed-use scheme in West London. Goldenstone is a longstanding client of senior consultant, Mark Prevezer.

The Forsters team, led by Banking and Finance partner Simon Collins, advised on a £15 million senior development facility and a £4 million mezzanine facility for The Mall in Ealing.

Goldenstone is an established developer with a proven track record across prime central London sites in the residential, mixed use and commercial sectors. The Mall, Ealing is already under construction and is due to be completed early next year. The development will comprise 35 residential apartments in addition to affordable housing and commercial space on the ground floor.

Working with Simon were Commercial Real Estate partner, Ben Brayford and partner and Head of Construction, Sarah Cook. Also advising were Banking and Finance associate Sarah Jelly, senior Commercial Real Estate associate Sarah Bool, senior Construction associate Daniel Burr, and Construction associate Charlotte Mashhoudy.
