Letting to Next of 22,000 sq ft shop space at Cornmill Shopping Centre, Darlington

Forsters acts on Next letting 

Forsters has acted for longstanding client Moorfield on its letting of 22,000 sq ft of shop space to fashion retailer Next. 

Next is to open a store in Moorfield’s Cornmill Shopping Centre in Darlington at 12-16 Northgate. The Northgate space was previously occupied by Woolworths. Next will pay a rent of £325,000 pa on a 10 year lease. The new store will open in summer 2010 and will sell both clothing and home furnishings.
