Amy Jackson

Senior Associate, Property Litigation

Amy is a solicitor in the Property Litigation team.  She has experience in all areas of residential property litigation with particular expertise in leasehold enfranchisement. 

Amy advises and acts for a variety of clients including settled estates, charities, public bodies, property management companies and high net worth individuals. 

Her advice covers all aspects of contentious property work including forfeiture and recovering possession, service charge disputes, disrepair and advising on lease covenants generally.

Amy specialises in leasehold enfranchisement claims and acts for both tenants and landlords in making and defending claims made under the leasehold enfranchisement regime.

Amy trained at Bircham Dyson Bell LLP and qualified in 2010 into their Litigation team.  She moved to Forsters in June 2013 to specialise in residential property litigation and leasehold reform disputes.

Amy was recently recognised as "bright" and "very good with clients" in the Legal 500 UK, 2015.
