Charlotte is a rural property specialist. She is regularly involved in high value transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of large agricultural estates and country houses, easements and covenants (including options and leases for utilities), single payment and agricultural tenancies.
Charlotte advises estate owners and resident agents, as well as working alongside land agents and other major land owning clients.
Her approach is to offer clients clear and practical advice to ensure that the deal gets done, ensuring that clients feel supported throughout and that they are working with someone they can trust and rely on. Charlotte enjoys what she does and this shows in her approach to her work, to her clients and to her colleagues.
Charlotte began her career in the rural property team at Withers LLP where she spent nine years before moving to Forsters in 2011.
