Paralegal, Commercial Real EstateKai is a Paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate team.
He provides support to the partners and solicitors in the group with various tasks including the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, legal research and the management of deeds and client extranet websites. Kai also assists with post-completion matters for clients such as Land Registry applications and dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax returns.
Prior to joining Forsters in 2017 and completing his paralegal apprenticeship, Kai worked in an administrative role at Ashurst LLP.
