Senior Associate, Corporate

Leila is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.

She undertakes a wide range of corporate work with a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, company restructurings and property related corporate transactions.  Described by others as diligent and forward-thinking, Leila provides practical advice tailored to her clients' commercial interests.

Leila graduated from Oxford Brookes University with an LLB Honours degree before completing the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.

She trained at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in London and prior to joining Forsters in 2014 was a Solicitor at Howard Kennedy.
