Sharon's principal areas of work are complex residential developments and advising the owners of London estates.
She was one of the early pioneers in the Far East market for purchases off plan; she acted for both buyers and developers in the 1990s and took the 552 Kings Road scheme out to Hong Kong for developer clients in 1999/2000. Her exposure to large scale residential developments led to Sharon specialising in drafting the residential element of the property documentation for large London schemes.
She has extensive experience of complex service charge structures and helps clients negotiate the impact of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and enfranchisement legislation.
Sharon's work has included advising the Phillimore Trustees on their Kensington Estate and more recently the Crown Estate on complex residential issues.
Sharon was articled at Wilde Sapte in the City but joined Frere Cholmeley in 1989 not long after qualification, she joined Forsters on its inception in 1998 and became a partner in 1999. Sharon became a consultant in April 2016.
