From April Forsters has two new partners, Shona Alexander and Natasha Rees, who become partners in our Family and Property Litigation groups respectively.  Their appointments reflect growth in the work of these groups and underline our commitment to increasing and improving our services to private clients.

In the first three months of this year our private client team, expanded by the arrival of new partners Patrick Harney and Charles Pike, has been busier than ever ahead of the end of the tax year.  Changes affecting the taxation of capital gains, discretionary trusts and non-UK domiciled individuals have made it essential for our clients to review their existing arrangements.
