AAM sells Regis House for £105 million

Forsters has acted on behalf of the Scottish Widows Pooled Property ACS Fund managed by Aberdeen Asset Management ("AAM") on the sale of City of London office building, Regis House, EC4 to a private Middle Eastern investor for a purchase price of £105 million.

The eleven storey building, which comprises 105,000 square foot, has a net passing rent of approximately £4.95 million with tenants including international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP and serviced office provider i2 Office.

Regis House stands on the site previously occupied by King William Street underground station, which was closed in the early 20th century when the underground routes were reconfigured.

Our Insights

"The people are highly intelligent, hard working whilst also being welcoming and supportive. No question is a silly question and it feels like there is no hierarchy here, all the partners are happy to help and it never feels scary asking them for advice."
