Emma White to speak at the 15th Annual International Estate Planning Institute in New York

Senior Associate, Emma White, will be speaking at the 15th Annual International Estate Planning Institute, which will take place on 14 and 15 March in New York. Emma will be delivering a presentation on Obtaining Citizenship and Residence in the UK, in which she will give an outline of the requirements and process for obtaining ‘Tier 1’ investor and entrepreneur visas, and ultimately applying for settlement in the UK. She will also comment on the important distinctions between residence for immigration purposes and residence for tax purposes.

Patrick Harney, Rosie Schumm and George Mitchell will also be attending the Institute, which is hosted by STEP and the New York State Bar Association.
