Forsters advises on St James's Square acquisition
Forsters has advised a private family trust on the acquisition of 24 St James's Square, W1 for a purchase price of £42 million. The office building has been acquired with vacant possession and fronts onto both St James's Square and Pall Mall.
Located in the heart of Westminster, St James's Square is the only square in the exclusive St James's district, comprising predominantly Georgian and neo-Georgian architecture centred around a private garden.
Commercial Real Estate Partner Guy Jordan advised the purchaser. Andrew Quinlan of Pinsent Mason LLP acted for the vendor.
