Forsters' Corporate team advise on the acquisition of Nampak Plastics Europe Limited

Forsters' Corporate team has advised long standing client, Greybull Capital. The team, led by Head of Corporate Craig Thompson, advised Greybull Capital via their SPV, Bellcave Limited on the acquisition of Nampak Plastics Europe Limited. Bellcave Limited is an entrepreneurial investment group that specialises in medium to long-term investments and improving businesses for stakeholders.

Working with Craig were senior Corporate associate, Daniel Bryan and senior Employment associate, Joe Beeston.

Nampak Plastics Europe Limited is a market leading manufacturer and packaging supplier to the UK dairy sector of high density polyethylene bottles. With 34% share of the available UK milk bottle market, it supplies many of the key players in the United Kingdom and Ireland dairy industries.
