Jo Edwards gives evidence to parliamentary committee as part of an inquiry into Court and Tribunal reforms

Jo Edwards, Head of Family, was invited, as Chair of national family law organisation Resolution’s Family Law Reform committee, to give oral evidence to the Justice Committee about the Court and Tribunal reforms within the family justice system and the impact on access to justice.

She appeared as a witness alongside Frances Judd QC, Chair of the Family Law Bar Association and Dr Jenny Birchall of Women’s Aid. A link to the recording of the evidence is here.
