Amy Fullerton
Senior Associate, FamilyAmy is a Senior Associate in the Family Team and advises clients on resolving issues surrounding the breakdown of their relationship.
This ranges from divorce and separation to financial and private children matters in respect of both married and non-married couples. Amy also advises on pre and postnuptial agreements.
Amy has a particular specialism in acting for clients in relation to financial matters and her caseload often involves high value, complex or international elements. Consequently, Amy is experienced in instructing and working with third parties where necessary. Amy is committed to resolving matters outside of the court arena where appropriate and will always consider alternative dispute resolution routes. If the assistance of the court is required, Amy has the expertise to guide clients through the same. Amy is known for her diligent and pragmatic approach and will always be conscious of the sensitivities of each individual case.
She is recognised in the Legal 500 2020 as being a “thorough and effective” solicitor who provides “superb and realistic advice” and is ranked as a Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500 2022.
Amy joined Forsters in April 2023 from Dawson Cornwell LLP having previously qualified at Blake Morgan LLP. Amy studied Philosophy and Sociology at Leeds University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law.
