Bryan is a Paralegal in the Residential Property team.

He supports the residential property department on all stages of freehold and leasehold transactions, with a particular focus on matters related to newbuild off-plan purchases.

Bryan acts for both domestic and international clients, with a focus on advising high net worth individual investors from East Asia.

He holds a Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sussex.

Bryan can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
