Senior Associate, Commercial Real EstateCharlie is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team.
He offers a full service across the commercial property sector, with extensive experience in mainstream investment work. Charlie has acted for developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers.
Charlie has a strong understanding of what clients require from their legal advisors and has the expertise to identify commercially important legal issues, whether the client be an institutional investor, private equity fund, banking institution, listed company or corporate occupier.
He graduated from the University of Edinburgh. Charlie trained at Herbert Smith Freehills, qualifying into their Commercial Real Estate team in 2016 before joining Forsters in 2021.
