Charlie is an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team.

Alongside general landlord and tenant work, he advises on matters ranging from the investment acquisition, management, and sale of real estate assets to the purchase and development of new properties. He deals with many different classes of real estate including logistics, industrial, retail, office, student accommodation, hotels and residential-led mixed use schemes.

He takes a hands-on approach with a proactive communication style, he enjoys the social aspect of his role and achieving swift, effective solutions for his clients.His sector coverage includes institutional and overseas investors, private and publicly quoted property companies, funders, developers, corporate occupiers, and both rural and urban estates.

Charlie joined Forsters as a trainee in September 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2023. He studied Law at Exeter University and completed the LPC at University of Law.
