Daniel Steele
Senior Associate, Commercial Real EstateDaniel is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team.
He has a broad range of experience across a range of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, finance and general landlord and tenant matters, with a particular focus on large development projects.
Daniel acts for a variety of clients including landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, institutional investors and developers.
He graduated from the University of York with a BSc in Economics and Finance and from Hult International Business School with a Masters in Business. He completed the GDL and LPC at The University of Law and gained his law degree. He trained at Clifford Chance LLP and qualified into the Real Estate team in 2016. He has also worked in the Real Estate Finance team at Fieldfisher LLP before joining Forsters in 2022.
