Associate, Property LitigationJocelyn is an Associate in the Property Litigation team.
She advises on a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes. Her work includes forfeiture, possession proceedings, rent arrears recovery, commercial lease renewals and breach of covenant issues.
Jocelyn works for a variety of clients including institutional investors, estates, and high net worth individuals.
Jocelyn qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022 having worked as a paralegal at Pemberton Greenish LLP and Cripps LLP. She Joined Forsters from Cripps LLP in August 2023.
