Lauren Spark
Associate, Property LitigationLauren has a breadth of experience across commercial and residential property disputes.
She advises on a wide range of contentious property issues, including rights of light, leasehold enfranchisement, service charge disputes, dilapidations, rent arrears recovery, break rights, business lease renewals and forfeiture.
Lauren has acted for some of the largest London estates in respect of their residential property portfolios; food and beverage companies in relation to their portfolios of pubs and restaurants; pension funds and investment companies; retail stores and shopping centres; government entities; and charities.
She sat on the Future Leaders Committee of the Council For Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat from April 2022 to October 2023.
Lauren studied Law at the University of Exeter before training and qualifying at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP. Lauren joined Forsters in November 2023.
