Mark Berry
Associate, Banking and FinanceMark is an Associate in the Banking & Finance team. He has extensive experience in real estate finance, general corporate finance and acquisition financing, including in cross-border contexts.
His real estate finance experience has covered a variety of industry sectors in both an investment and development context, as well as acting on Islamic finance/conventional hybrid debt structures for both UK and overseas entities.
Mark acts for both lenders and borrowers, consisting of high street banks, challenger banks and HNW individuals on the lender side and real estate investment companies and developers on the borrower side.
Mark qualified in 2020 into Foot Anstey’s banking and finance team and then spent a couple of years in Clyde & Co’s London based real estate finance team, before moving to Forsters in January 2024.
