Samantha Tomczyk
Senior Associate, Residential PropertySamantha is a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team. She has experience in all aspects of residential property work.
She acts for private individuals and overseas investors and companies in connection with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and sales as well as acting for lenders in financing residential property transactions.
Samantha also acts for landed estate owners dealing with lease extension and collective enfranchisement claims and other non-contentious estate management work. She has experience in acting for foreign investors and developers in transactions involving newly developed properties in prime central London and in this capacity she attends property exhibitions in Asia.
Samantha qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and joined Forsters following qualification.
