As a Chartered Legal Executive, Susan specialises in Commercial Real Estate and conveyancing. Her key areas of expertise are dealing with landlord and tenant and estate management matters. Susan also assists with investment acquisitions and disposals.

One of the principal function of Susan's role at Forsters is to provide a high level of support into the partners and fee earners within the broader key client teams.

Susan has particular expertise in dealing with Land Registry matters, she is the business unit administrator for Forsters and ensures that the wider property team at Forsters is fully up to speed with any developments in Land Registry guidance and practices.

Susan qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1997. She moved to Forsters in 2004 from Pinsent Masons.
