Vicky Sheehan-Dare
Senior Associate, ConstructionVicky is a Senior Associate in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.
She is experienced in drafting and negotiating amendments to building contracts, as well as professional team appointments, collateral warranties and novation agreements. Vicky also acts for funders and borrowers on development financings and advises on the construction aspects of the sale and purchase of various types of real estate assets.
Vicky advises a variety of clients in the construction sector including developers, funders, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
She graduated from the University of Oxford in 2010 with a degree in Music and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP, before completing her training and qualifying at Hogan Lovells in 2017. Vicky joined Forsters in March 2024.
