Three acquisitions for clients of Dwyer Property Plc

Forsters has acted on behalf of clients of Dwyer Property Plc in relation to three recent acquisitions in the south-east of England for combined consideration of £24.55 million.

Office building, Exchange House has been acquired in Watford, which is let in its entirety to the Department for Communities and Local Government. The deal was conducted off-market in only 24 hours.

British Airways Pension Fund buy in West Midlands

Forsters has advised British Airways Pension Fund (BAPF) on the purchase of Willenhall Industrial Estate in the West Midlands from CBRE Global Investors. The estate, situated close to Junction 10 of the M6 in the West Midlands, was acquired by BAPF for a purchase price of £18.7 million.
